With a career that spans over two decades across pivotal sectors like telecommunications and financial services, Amardeep Jagpal, Vice President of Product and Service Delivery at Difenda, brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to Difenda’s leadership team. With a passion for tackling the evolving challenges of cybersecurity, Amardeep pivoted into cybersecurity after witnessing the critical role of security in protecting business operations and customer data. 

Beginning their journey with a solid foundation in computer science from the University of Toronto, she quickly showcased their aptitude for technology and strategic thinking, moving through roles that ranged from Software Engineer to CRM Application Specialist, and further evolving into leadership positions that emphasized change analysis. 

Amardeep’s tenure at companies such as Symcor, FedEx, and 407 ETR was marked by significant achievements, including leading major Billing and CRM platform migrations and the launch of innovative mobile applications. She brings a wealth of experience in project and product management, business process analysis, and security, underpinned by a deep commitment to client success, innovation, and excellence. 

In her role of Vice President of Product and Service Delivery at Difenda, Amardeep’s vision is anchored in innovation, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. By nurturing a culture that values continuous learning, collaboration, and agility, she aims to not only meet but exceed client expectations in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.
